Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plain rules for changing plans. If something went wrong on our side, tell us and we'll make it right.

Shoots

Reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your shoot. After that, a late fee of 50% of the order applies. Inside 12 hours of the shoot, or once the photographer has arrived, the fee is 100%.

If you haven't paid yet, there's nothing to refund; unpaid confirmed orders are released after the period shown in your portal.

Weather and drone

If weather or airspace rules stop drone work, the photos still go ahead and the drone part is rescheduled or refunded. If weather makes the whole shoot impossible, we reschedule at no charge.

If we get it wrong

If we miss something in your package, deliver late without telling you, or the work isn't to our standard, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We'll fix it, re-shoot, or refund the affected part.

Revisions

One reasonable revision round is included with every order. Edit My Stuff projects include one free revision; more changes are quoted first.

Edit My Stuff

Video edits are priced by the finished length and are all-in-one: captions, music, branding and both sizes (vertical and horizontal) are included at no extra charge. Rush turnaround is the only optional extra.

You can cancel and get a full refund until an editor starts on your project. Once editing starts, it isn't refundable, but your free revision still applies.

Create a Reel

You pay before your reel is made. If we can't make it, you're refunded in full automatically. One free redo of a single clip is included. Once your reel is delivered it isn't refundable.

Subscriptions

KONAH CRM and the Monthly Content Plan can be cancelled any time from your portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused days.

Transaction Coordinator

The per-property fee covers setting up that transaction. If you cancel before any email or document has been processed, ask us for a refund.

Gift cards and credits

Gift cards and account credit can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.

KONAH Creator screening fee

The background screening fee paid by applicants isn't refundable once the check has been ordered.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Questions: [email protected].
