Sales Rep Program Terms

Last updated October 22, 2026 · KONAH Media Group LLC

These terms are for independent sales representatives who refer and onboard customers for KONAH Media Group LLC. Version 2026-10-22.1.

Who this is for

These terms apply to independent sales representatives ("reps") who refer and onboard customers for KONAH Media Group. They work together with KONAH's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where they differ, these terms apply to your work as a rep.

You're an independent contractor

You are not an employee, partner, agent or franchisee of KONAH. You decide your own hours and methods, pay your own expenses and taxes, and can't sign contracts, accept payments or make promises on KONAH's behalf. There is no fee to join, nothing to buy and no minimum to sell.

How commission works

Team bonus

If another rep joins KONAH through your recruiting link and is approved, KONAH pays you a team bonus of 5% of the commission that rep earns. The bonus is paid by KONAH from its own share. It never reduces the commission of the rep you recruited. The bonus is one level only, and you are never paid for signing people up: only for real sales to real customers. If a rep leaves, the reps they recruited move to the rep above them.

Which customers are yours

A customer is credited to you when you onboard them in your portal, or when they create their KONAH account through your personal link (within 30 days of opening it).

Existing KONAH customers who have already paid KONAH can't be claimed. A customer is credited to one rep at a time. KONAH decides any dispute, and may move a customer to another rep or to KONAH if you leave or stop servicing them.

Holds, refunds and payouts

Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, then becomes ready to pay. If the payment is refunded or disputed, the matching commission is reversed (or taken from your next payout if it was already paid).

Payouts are sent through Stripe once your balance is at least $50. Stripe collects your tax details and bank account directly; KONAH never sees your SSN or bank details. You'll receive a 1099 where the law requires it.

How you represent KONAH

Ending the program

Either side can end this relationship at any time with notice in the portal or by email. Commission already earned on payments before the end date is still paid after its hold period. Commission stops on payments after the end date, except where KONAH agrees otherwise in writing. KONAH may end it immediately for a breach of these terms, fraud or misleading customers, and in that case may withhold commission connected to that conduct.

Changes

KONAH may change rates or these terms going forward. We'll show the change in your portal and ask you to accept it; changes never reduce commission already earned.
