KONAH Rewards, Refer & Earn and Gift Card Terms
Version 2026-10-25.2 · effective 2026-10-25 · KONAH Media Group LLC
How KONAH Rewards, referral credit, loyalty pricing, gift cards and account credit work, and their limits.
One wallet of KONAH credit
KONAH Rewards, referral credit, gift card credit and Break Room game credit are all credit toward KONAH services. None of it is cash, none of it can be cashed out, sold or transferred to another account, and none of it earns interest.
Your balance and history are on Refer & Earn and Invoices & Payments in your portal.
KONAH Rewards: active portal time
KONAH CRM members (including a free launch period) earn KONAH Rewards for active time in the client portal: the tab must be open and in use. An idle open tab earns nothing.
The monthly cap and the hours to reach it are set by KONAH and shown on your rewards card (for example $25 a month). This month's earnings update live. The exact formula stays private so it can't be gamed.
KONAH Rewards: Fitness Weekly Challenge
Clients who finish their KONAH Fitness plan's workouts in a week (real gym-mode sessions of 20 minutes or more, one a day, the number shown on the challenge) earn the weekly amount shown, once per week.
Using KONAH Rewards
- Redeem rewards at checkout (one rewards source per checkout) or, if you leave auto-apply on, on your KONAH CRM renewal: 5 days before it renews you get an email with what's available.
- Rewards count for the most recent months shown in your portal (3 by default); older rewards drop off.
- Internal Tester accounts never earn rewards.
Refer & Earn
- Every KONAH client account has its own referral link and code. A new client who signs up through it gets the discount shown on their first order, applied automatically at checkout. It doesn't stack with a promo code: if they use a code, the code applies instead.
- You get the referral credit shown once that client's first shoot is delivered. A cancelled order doesn't count. Credit comes once per referred client.
- Referral credit is paid by KONAH to its clients. It isn't a payment for referring settlement-service business; see the RESPA & Referral Guidelines. Don't refer people you don't know or create accounts for others.
Loyalty pricing
Regular clients can earn lower prices from delivered orders, in tiers shown on your billing page, and may get a free vertical reel on milestone orders when KONAH offers it.
Gift cards and prepaid credit
- Gift cards are bought in your portal through Stripe (for example $500 of KONAH credit for $450). Each card is emailed with its own single-use code to the person you choose or to you.
- Redeeming a code puts the credit on the redeemer's account, and it comes off their next KONAH orders automatically. A code can be redeemed once.
- KONAH doesn't put an expiry date on gift card credit. Gift card credit can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.
- Keep codes private; KONAH can't replace credit redeemed by someone you gave the code to. If a code is lost before it's redeemed, contact [email protected].
Break Room game credit
Break Room game credit has its own rules (one per order, a minimum order, an expiry date and monthly caps); see the KONAH Break Room Official Rules.
How credit applies at checkout
Credit applies automatically to KONAH orders: discounts first, then credit. If an unpaid order is released, Break Room game credit used on it goes back to your wallet.
Changes, errors and misuse
KONAH may change or end any of these programs going forward; credit already in your wallet stays usable under the rules that applied when you got it.
KONAH may correct credit added by mistake and may hold or remove credit gained by misuse (fake accounts, self-referrals, automated activity).
