Delete your account

You can delete your KONAH Media Group LLC (KONAH) account and ask us to delete your personal data at any time, with or without the KONAH app.

If you can sign in

Sign in at konahmedia.com/portal (or in the KONAH app), open Team & Account, then Your data. There you can download a copy of your data and tap Delete my account. KONAH team members (photographers, editors, staff): open My account (or Account) and tap Delete account; KONAH closes out your jobs and pay, then deletes your account and emails you.

If you can't sign in, or you only have the app on a phone

Use the privacy request form and choose Delete my data, or email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We confirm it is you by email, then delete the account. We answer within 45 days, and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your profile, brand kit, contacts, documents, social connections, notification settings and sign-in sessions are removed, and the account is closed.

What we may keep

Order, invoice and payment records are kept for tax, accounting and legal reasons, with your name and contact details removed from your user record. Consent and opt-out records are kept for 7 years so we can show what someone agreed to. Media we created for you may remain in our archive as part of those order records. If the law requires us to keep anything else, we tell you what and why.

Before you delete

We can't close an account while an order is in progress, a balance is unpaid or a paid subscription is active (you will see a plain message saying which). Settle or cancel those first, or contact us and we will help.
