• Reschedule or cancel a shoot: open the order in your portal, or email us. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Forgot your password: on the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and we email you a reset link.
• Download your photos: sign in and open Media Library.
• Billing or a receipt: open Invoices & Payments in your portal, or email us.
• Delete your account or your data: see Delete your account.
