The rules for KONAH Break Room games, leaderboards, coins, game credit, prizes, championships, Live Trivia and the Reel Showdown.
Free to play, no purchase necessary
The Break Room's games, leaderboards, challenges, championships and events are free. No purchase is necessary to play or win, there is no paid entry, and buying KONAH services doesn't improve your chances.
Nothing in the Break Room is a game of chance: scores come from skill and from real activity in your portal, and the server checks every score.
Who can play
KONAH account holders in the client portal (agents, loan officers and title professionals; not homeowner accounts), Brokerage Admins, Sales Reps, Vendors and KONAH team members. Accounts are for people 18 or older.
Only client accounts (Brokerage Admins included) and the Vendor Manager earn dollar game credit; other portals play for coins, badges and boards. The owner's preview plays never count.
Leaderboards and your name
Weekly boards reset every Monday at midnight Eastern. Boards show your first name and last initial and your role or brokerage. You can hide yourself from public boards and still see your own rank.
Games never show your clients' information. Team and brokerage boards show totals only.
KONAH Coins
Coins are earned by playing, streaks, badges, Health checklist items and boss levels, within daily caps set by KONAH.
Coins can be spent only on KONAH services in the Break Room catalog, as a single-use promo code or a request KONAH fulfills. Coins have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash. Cancelling a reward returns the coins.
Game credit (when switched on)
- When KONAH turns game credit on, finishing certain games and challenges can add fixed amounts of KONAH service credit to your wallet (for example $5 or $10).
- Game credit applies automatically at checkout to KONAH services only, one game credit per order, on orders at or above the minimum shown, and expires after the period shown when you earn it (you're warned a week before). It's limited per month per player, and KONAH may pause awards when its monthly budget is reached.
- It's never paid as cash, can't be transferred and can't be used for the Transaction Coordinator.
Weekly prizes and championships
KONAH may award weekly prizes to top players on chosen boards, and run a monthly championship final for the top 10 qualifiers. Prizes are KONAH services or credit described in the Break Room, never cash. KONAH reviews winners before awarding.
Live Trivia Night
Live Trivia at KONAH events is played at konahmedia.com/live with a game code. You can play without an account; signed-in clients can receive coins. Faster right answers score more. The host's big screen shows the names players enter and the top scores.
Listing Reel Showdown
Entries are optional and must be reels from your own delivered KONAH orders. By entering you confirm it's your listing, the seller agreed, and KONAH may feature it. KONAH approves every entry; voting shows the city, never the address; you can't vote on your own reel. Posting a winning reel to KONAH's own social accounts is done only after checking with the agent.
Fair play
Play yourself, by hand. Don't use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or anything that sends impossible or altered scores.
KONAH may refuse scores, hold or decline awards that come from errors, misuse or impossible results, remove coins or credit gained that way, and pause a player's Break Room access.
AI games
AI practice games and coaching are general practice, not legal, tax or lending advice. Answers that use discriminatory language score zero, with an explanation.
Changes
KONAH may change or end the Break Room, its games, rates, caps and prizes going forward. Credit already in your wallet stays until it expires under the rules that applied when you earned it.
