Copyright & Takedown Policy

Version 2026-10-25.2 · effective 2026-10-25 · KONAH Media Group LLC

How to report content on a KONAH page that you believe infringes your rights, and what KONAH does about it.

What this covers

Property websites, agent portfolio pages, KONAH Hello pages, vendor listings, brokerage onboarding pages, the website showcase and anything else published on konahmedia.com.

If you believe something there uses your copyrighted work, trademark or likeness without permission, or shows your home or personal information when it shouldn't, tell us.

How to send a notice

Use the request form at konahmedia.com/legal/request (choose "Copyright or content takedown") or email [email protected].

Include: the page address; what you believe is infringing or wrong; the original work or right it affects; your name, address, phone and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

What KONAH does

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, reply to our email or write to [email protected] with the page, the content, why you believe it was removed by mistake, your contact details and your signature. KONAH reviews it and may restore the content.

Repeat problems

Accounts that repeatedly post content they don't have the rights to may be closed.

KONAH's own work

Photos and video KONAH creates are licensed to the client who ordered them (see the Photo & Video License and Usage Policy). Using them outside that license, for example another agent re-using listing photos, can be reported the same way.
