How KONAH texts work: what we send, how often, and how to stop them.

What we text

KONAH Media Group LLC sends text messages about your orders and account: booking confirmations, shoot reminders, photographer updates, delivery notices and replies to your questions.

We only text a mobile number you gave us. Every KONAH text ends with "Reply STOP to opt out."

How often

Message frequency varies with your orders, usually a few messages per shoot. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to any KONAH text to stop receiving texts from that number. You can also turn order texts off in your portal under notification preferences.

Marketing texts

KONAH doesn't send its own marketing texts unless you separately agree to them. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from KONAH.

Texts from your agent's KONAH number (KONAH Phone)

• Real estate agents and other professionals who use KONAH CRM 2.0 Pro text their own contacts from their own KONAH number. Those texts come from the agent, not from KONAH. KONAH only lets them go to people with a consent record, only between 8 AM and 8 PM in your time zone, and at most 3 in 24 hours to a Florida number. Bulk texts go only to people who ticked a written texting box.
• Reply STOP (or write something like "please stop texting me" or "remove me") to stop texts from that agent's number. Reply START to opt back in, HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying or selling anything.
• If an agent uses KONAH Assistant, some replies may be written and sent by an AI assistant for the agent; it says so when a conversation starts.

Texting consent on KONAH forms and the Text-me page

KONAH's open-house, property-website and website-chat forms have a separate, optional texting box. It's never pre-ticked and the form works without it. When you tick it (or agree on a Text-me page), KONAH keeps the exact words, the version, the number, the time and your IP address as the agent's record of your consent.

KONAH Hello

When you send a KONAH Hello video by text, it goes from your own phone, not from KONAH.

Carriers and privacy

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. KONAH sends texts through Twilio. We don't sell or share your phone number for anyone else's marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.
