Acceptable Use & AI Features Policy

What you may and may not do with the KONAH portal, its AI tools and its messaging features.

Who this applies to

Everyone who uses the KONAH portal. Clients agree to it through the Terms of Service; Sales Reps, Vendors, the Vendor Manager and Brokerage Admins also accept it in their portals.

Use KONAH honestly

• Use the portal for your own real estate and business work.
• Don't share your login, scrape the site, run automated tools against it, get around limits or security, probe for weaknesses, upload malware, or create accounts for someone else without their permission.
• Don't use KONAH to harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive anyone.

Content you upload or publish

• Only upload photos, video, music, logos, documents, contacts and text you have the right to use.
• Don't use KONAH to publish anything false or misleading about a property, price or yourself, anything hateful or sexually explicit, or anything that discriminates in housing or lending.
• Property websites, KONAH Hello pages and listing posts are public once you publish them. Don't include occupants' personal information.

AI features

• KONAH AI drafts listing copy, social posts, captions, replies, scripts, transaction email summaries and summaries of news and data. It can be wrong. You review and approve everything before it's posted or sent, and you're responsible for what you publish under your name.
• The AI tools flag possible Fair Housing problems, numbers to verify and missing disclosures. Those checks are guardrails, not a guarantee of compliance.
• AI-enhanced, decluttered or virtually staged images are labeled in your gallery; disclose them where your MLS or the law requires it. AI-generated reels add camera movement only and don't change what the property looks like.
• KONAH AI doesn't give legal, tax, lending or financial advice and doesn't interpret contracts. Don't present its output as professional advice.

Messages, texts, emails and calls

When you use KONAH tools to email or text people (KONAH CRM, KONAH Hello, AI Social replies), only contact people who agreed to hear from you or have a real reason to hear from you, honor every opt-out right away, and say who you are.

Texts you send from your KONAH CRM number are your messages and must follow carrier rules for registered business texting.

Video messages (KONAH Hello)

Only record and send videos to people you have a real reason to contact. Don't record people without their knowledge. Don't publish a reply video someone sent you unless they agreed to have it shown.

Social accounts

Connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and follow each platform's rules. KONAH publishes only what you approve or schedule.

What happens if this is broken

KONAH may remove content, pause features, turn off a page or close an account that breaks this policy, depending on how serious it is. Report misuse to [email protected].
