Terms for brokerages that onboard their agents to KONAH through a Brokerage account.

What a Brokerage account is

A Brokerage account lets a brokerage invite its agents to KONAH through its own onboarding page and QR code, see its roster, and schedule Headshot Days. The Brokerage Admin also uses KONAH as a client (orders, media and the client tools).

Each agent has their own KONAH account and agrees to KONAH's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy themselves.

Agents' privacy

Agents' orders, media, contacts, leads and messages are private to each agent. Your Brokerage account shows who joined through your page, their status and the shared offers you set up. It doesn't show any agent's orders, media or contacts unless that agent shares them with you.

Offers and free headshots

Any free headshot, video or promo code offered through your page is an offer from KONAH to your agents, set by KONAH's owner, under the terms shown on that page (for example one free headshot per agent, ever).

KONAH may change, pause or end an offer going forward; sessions already booked are honored. Free media follows the Photo & Video License and Usage Policy like any other order.

No payments for referrals

Real estate settlement services are subject to federal rules on referral payments. Nothing in a Brokerage account is payment for referring business: KONAH doesn't pay your brokerage for agent sign-ups, and anything your brokerage pays KONAH is only for the services KONAH actually provides, at the stated price.

Your brand

You give KONAH permission to show your brokerage name and logo on your onboarding page, your agents' materials and Break Room team boards. Make sure you have the right to use anything you upload.

Your responsibilities

Keep your onboarding page accurate, invite only agents who work with your brokerage, and follow the Acceptable Use & AI Features Policy.

Ending

Either side can close the Brokerage account at any time. Agents keep their own KONAH accounts and media.
