KONAH Prospect Terms
Version 2026-10-26.1 · effective 2026-10-26 · KONAH Media Group LLC
Rules for KONAH Prospect: property search from public records, owner contact lookups, calling, mail and email, exports and opt-outs. Accepted before first use.
What KONAH Prospect is
KONAH Prospect is a tool inside KONAH CRM for real estate agents and investors. It shows public property and tax records for areas KONAH covers, scores how likely a property is to sell (with the reasons shown), and lets you pay a credit to look up the owner's phone numbers and email through a licensed data provider.
These terms add to the Terms of Service and the Software Subscription Terms. If they disagree on a Prospect topic, these terms win for that topic. You accept them in your portal before you use Prospect the first time.
Where the data comes from
Property, owner-of-record and tax information comes from county, city and state public records that allow reuse, and, where KONAH has a license, from licensed data providers. Each source is listed in the portal with when it last updated.
Owner phone numbers and emails are not in public records. They come only from a licensed provider when you run a lookup. Public records and provider data can be out of date or wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Marketing use only
Use Prospect only to market your own real estate services to property owners. Prospect isn't a consumer report. You may not use it, or anything you get from it, to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, renting a home or any other benefit, or for any purpose a data provider's terms forbid.
Follow every law and rule that applies to the data you receive, including the privacy rules that come with the provider's data.
Fair Housing
Prospect filters describe the property and its taxes only (location, type, value, how long it has been owned, tax status, code records). You may not use Prospect to target, avoid or label anyone because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability or any other protected characteristic.
Calling
- Every number is checked against the National Do Not Call Registry and known-litigator lists before you see it, and again every 31 days. Numbers on Do Not Call are marked mail only and can't be called from Prospect. Known-litigator numbers are never shown.
- Call one person at a time, only between 8 AM and 9 PM in the owner's time zone. The call button is switched off outside those hours.
- No robocalls, no prerecorded or artificial or AI-generated voices, and no automatic dialing. Call recording is off. If it is ever offered, you must tell everyone on the call and have their consent first.
- If someone asks you not to call again, mark it in Prospect right away. That number is never shown to anyone on KONAH again.
Texting
No cold texts. Texting an owner stays locked until that owner has replied to you or opted in, and you record it in Prospect.
Prospect emails go one to one from your own mailbox, never in bulk and never through KONAH's own sending domain. Use an honest subject line, include your business mailing address, and honor every unsubscribe request right away. Keep your daily volume low.
Postcards
Postcards are mailed through a printing partner once KONAH switches them on. You're responsible for what your postcard says, including Fair Housing and your brokerage's advertising rules.
Credits, lookups and refunds
A lookup uses one credit only when contact information is found. No match, no charge. Looking up the same owner again is free.
If a number turns out to be wrong, report it on the property and the credit comes back once. Included lookups and credit packs are shown in your wallet; prices are shown before you pay.
Exports
You may export only contacts you paid to look up, for your own marketing. Every export includes the Do Not Call flag, never includes known-litigator numbers, is logged with your name and time, and is sent as a download link that works for 24 hours.
You won't sell, share, rent or upload exported data to another list, data or marketing service.
Never contact and opt-outs
When an owner asks not to be contacted, use Never contact (or Asked not to call). KONAH keeps one opt-out list for every agent on the platform, so that owner is protected from everyone using Prospect.
KONAH's rights
KONAH may limit, pause or end access to Prospect for anyone who breaks these terms or a provider's rules, and may remove a data source at any time. When a source stops updating, KONAH keeps the last good data and says so on screen.
