KONAH Vendors Directory Terms

Version 2026-10-25.2 · effective 2026-10-25 · KONAH Media Group LLC

The rules for businesses listed in the KONAH Vendors directory, and for KONAH's Vendor Manager.

What the directory is

KONAH Vendors is a directory where real estate professionals can find local service businesses (inspectors, stagers, cleaners, movers, lenders, title companies, contractors and others) and ask them for a quote.

KONAH reviews each listing before it goes live. KONAH doesn't supervise, guarantee or endorse any vendor's work, and a listing isn't a recommendation.

Your listing

• Everything in your listing must be true and current: your business name, licenses, insurance, service area, photos and contact details. Tell us when something changes.
• Only upload logos and photos you have the right to use.
• KONAH may edit, pause or remove a listing that is inaccurate, gets serious complaints, or breaks these terms, and tells you why.

Quote requests and leads

Quote requests come from people who chose to contact you. KONAH records that a profile was opened or a request was sent (and, for signed-in users, which account and role) so you and KONAH can see how the directory performs.

Use a requester's details only to answer that request, and follow their contact preferences. Don't add them to marketing lists, text them or call them about other things without their permission.

Ordering media from KONAH

Vendors can also book, pay for and track KONAH media orders from their portal. Those orders follow KONAH's Terms of Service, the Photo & Video License and Usage Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, like any other order.

Free listing; no payments for referrals

Listings are free. KONAH charges vendors nothing and takes no referral fees.

Settlement services (mortgage, title, settlement and similar) are subject to federal rules on referral payments. KONAH doesn't pay or accept anything of value for referring settlement-service business. Don't offer anything to KONAH or its team in exchange for referrals or placement.

Fair Housing

Your listing, photos and replies must describe your services, never the kind of person you prefer to work with. KONAH's Fair Housing & Advertising Standards apply.

The Vendor Manager

KONAH's Vendor Manager reviews listings, answers vendors and keeps the directory accurate. The Vendor Manager follows the RESPA & Referral Guidelines and the Confidential Information & Data Access Agreement.

Your account and data

You can update or pause your listing at any time from your portal. You can ask us to remove it and delete your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.
