How a Headshot Day runs.
- We set the day with you: the date, the place (your office, a conference room, or KONAH's studio at 12781 Darby Brooke Ct in Woodbridge) and the slot length, for example every 20 minutes from 9:00.
- Agents book their own slot on your brokerage's private KONAH page. Each slot holds one agent, so nobody double-books.
- On the day, the photographer works from a run-sheet that shows who's in each slot and marks them as they arrive. A few minutes per person, a few looks each.
- Photos go to the agent's own portal, retouched, and only to them. Brokers see who booked, showed and received their photos, never anyone's private files.

- A room about 12 by 15 feet with a plain wall behind the backdrop and an outlet nearby. Window light is welcome; we bring our own anyway.
- A rough headcount, so we can set enough slots.

How many agents can you photograph in a day?
It depends on slot length. With 20-minute slots, a morning covers about a dozen agents; shorter slots fit more. We'll plan it with you.
Can agents who miss the day still get a headshot?
Yes. They can book a headshot at our Woodbridge studio or add headshots to any shoot.
Does the brokerage see agents' photos?
No. Each agent's photos go only to that agent's portal. The brokerage sees bookings and statuses, not files.
Do you travel to offices in DC and Maryland?
Yes, across our service area, covering 100 miles from Woodbridge, Virginia. Outside the core area we confirm the date and any travel first.
Is there a free headshot for our agents?
Some brokerage partnerships include a free first headshot for each agent. KONAH sets each brokerage's offer, so ask us about yours.
