What we cover.
- Frontage and signage. What a customer sees from the street, including pylon or monument signs.
- Interiors. Open floor, private offices, kitchens, restrooms, storage and loading areas.
- Parking and access. Lot size, entrances and how the site connects to the main roads, from the air.
- The neighborhood. Anchor tenants, traffic and nearby businesses that make the location work.
Shooting around a working business.
Many commercial spaces are still open. We schedule around your hours, early mornings or after close, and shoot interiors without customers or staff in frame unless you want them there. Tell us at booking about any areas we can't photograph.
Builders and new communities.
For model homes, amenity centers and active communities, the New Construction package ($650) covers up to 50 photos, aerials and a community flyover. Builders who need fresh content every month should look at the Builder plan at $1,800 a month.

Do you shoot for LoopNet, CoStar and Crexi?
Yes. The Commercial Property package includes a 60-second walkthrough video sized for those platforms, plus the photos.
Can you fly a drone over a commercial site?
Yes. Near airports our Part 107 pilot gets LAANC authorization first, usually in minutes. Sites inside the DC Flight Restricted Zone need an FAA/TSA authorization that the pilot files before the flight, so book those a few business days ahead.
Can you shoot after hours?
Yes. Tell us your hours at booking and we'll plan around them.
How fast is delivery for commercial shoots?
Commercial Property orders are delivered within 48 hours, in your KONAH portal. Builder packages deliver within 72 hours.
Can you photograph a restaurant during service?
We shoot the dining room and frontage before opening and the kitchen in a quiet window. Tell us what's off-limits at booking.
