How an out-of-area booking works.
- Call, text or email with the address, the date you need and what you want shot.
- We check the calendar and tell you the date we can do and whether any travel applies, before you pay anything.
- Group listings if you can. Two or three listings in the same town on one trip are easier to schedule than one, and that's how we keep the farther-out days workable.
- Book and pay online once it's confirmed, like any other order. Photos still arrive within 24 hours of the shoot.
We don't shoot in Pennsylvania, even where it falls inside 100 miles. Beyond 100 miles we don't schedule shoots online; for a large project, call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
What we can do from anywhere.
- You Record, We Edit: send us your phone photos and footage from anywhere in the US and get them back edited to the KONAH standard.
- Software: KONAH CRM 2.0, the AI Social Media Manager and the AI Transaction Coordinator work nationwide. See KONAH software.
- Free tools: the twilight planner and the prep checklist work anywhere.

How far do you travel?
We cover 100 miles from Woodbridge, Virginia (38.66, -77.25), measured in a straight line to the center of each county or city.
Is the package price different out of area?
No. Package prices are the same everywhere we shoot; for places marked "ask first" we confirm the date and any travel before you book, so the full price is always clear before you pay.
Can you shoot my listing in Richmond or Charlottesville?

Do you cover Pennsylvania?
No, Pennsylvania addresses aren't part of our service area.
Can I fly a drone shoot out there?
