How far do you travel for a shoot?
We cover 100 miles from our office in Woodbridge, Virginia: 86 counties and independent cities across Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, West Virginia and one county in Delaware. Distances on this page are straight-line miles from Woodbridge to the center of each county, so drive times run longer.
Is there a travel fee?
Not in our core area: the 27 places marked "No travel fee" (Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg and Stafford, Culpeper, Washington DC, Montgomery, Prince George's, Southern Maryland, Anne Arundel, Howard, Frederick and Baltimore). For the places marked "Ask about travel", package prices are the same, but please ask before you book so we can confirm the date and any travel. You always see the full price before you pay.
Do you cover the Eastern Shore and Delaware?
By request. Talbot, Queen Anne's, Dorchester, Kent, Caroline, Somerset and Wicomico counties in Maryland and Kent County in Delaware are inside 100 miles as the crow flies, but the drive goes over the Bay Bridge. Call or text us first and we'll plan the trip.
Do you shoot in Pennsylvania?
No. Pennsylvania addresses aren't part of our service area, even where they fall inside 100 miles.
Can you fly a drone everywhere on this map?
Yes. Inside the DC Flight Restricted Zone, 17.3 miles around Reagan National, our Part 107 pilot files the FAA/TSA authorization before the flight, so book a few business days ahead. Near Dulles, BWI, Quantico and Manassas Regional the pilot gets LAANC authorization first, usually in minutes; Andrews gets an authorization filed ahead, and Stafford Regional a NOTAM check.
