Lakefront at Lake of the Woods.
Only a minority of the community's lots sit on the water, so the ones that do have to show it in the first photo. We shoot the view from the main rooms and the deck, walk the path down to the dock, and frame how the lot meets the shoreline, whether it's a gentle lawn or a steep wooded bank. From the air ($100), buyers see where the home sits on the lake: open water, a cove,. For homes a short stroll from the water, we show the walk honestly and never frame a lot to look lakefront when it isn't.

Past the town of Orange, listings change from lake houses to farms and country places: board fences, pasture, old barns, long views to the west. We split those shoots in two: the house first, in the best interior light, then the land with aerial stills that show the fields and outbuildings together. Older farmhouses get detail frames for the original floors and mantels ($75), and a floor plan ($75) helps buyers understand rooms that were added over a century.
