Listing photos and drone aerials, one visit.
Most single-family homes sell on the lot as much as the house. This package adds 6–10 edited aerial stills to the full Essential set: the roofline, the yard, the trees, the street and what's nearby, flown by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot after an airspace check.
Photography + Drone
- Everything in Essential
- Photos delivered within 24 hours
- 6–10 edited aerial stills
- Lot, roofline & neighborhood views
- FAA Part 107 licensed pilot
- Airspace check before every flight
Who it's for.
- Single-family homes with a yard, a pool, a view or a long driveway
- Homes near water, parks, golf courses or open land
- Corner lots and cul-de-sacs where the setting is a selling point
- Agents who want aerials without booking a second vendor
When to choose it.
Pick Photography + Drone when a buyer would ask "what's around it?" The aerials answer that before they call: how big the backyard really is, how close the school or the water is, how the house sits on the lot. Around DC, Dulles, BWI and Quantico our pilot gets the authorization first, so drone work is available everywhere we shoot.
For a condo or an interior townhome, aerials rarely add much; Essential is enough. If you also want a reel, a flyer and a social kit, Listing Launch includes the drone too.
Add to it.
Add any of these when you book, or later from your order page before the shoot.

How booking works.
Pick a date in the KONAH portal and pay online. You can follow the shoot live in your portal (live shoot tracking), and every file arrives in your private media library when it's delivered. Shoots cover Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland, up to 100 miles from our Woodbridge, Virginia office, with no travel fee in our core area; farther out we confirm travel before you pay (booking outside our area).
Photography + Drone questions.
Can you fly a drone near DC or the airports?
Yes. Drone work is available everywhere we shoot. Near Dulles, BWI, Quantico and the smaller airports the pilot gets LAANC authorization, and inside the DC Flight Restricted Zone the pilot files the FAA/TSA authorization before the flight. Check any address with our drone airspace checker.
What if it's raining or too windy to fly?
The interior photos go ahead as booked, and the aerials are reshot on the next good-weather day at no charge.
Is the pilot licensed?
Yes. Every KONAH drone pilot holds an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate that KONAH has verified.
