Booking and delivery
How fast do I get the photos?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, straight into your KONAH portal, in high-res and MLS sizes. Need them sooner? Add a rush edit for $50 (same evening) or guaranteed same-day delivery for $100. Videos and 3D tours take 48 to 72 hours.
How do I book?
Click Book a shoot, pick a package and add-ons, and choose a time. We confirm the time, and you pay securely through Stripe. Everything about the order lives in your KONAH portal.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. It's free up to 24 hours before the shoot. A change inside 24 hours may carry a fee, and you'll see it before you confirm.
Do I need to be at the shoot?
Not usually. Leave a lockbox code or meet us to open up. Add access notes at booking and the photographer sees them.
Do you charge for travel?
Not in our core area: Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, Culpeper, Washington DC and nearby Maryland have no travel fees. We're covering 100 miles from Woodbridge, Virginia, and for places farther out, like Richmond or Charlottesville, just ask about travel before you book. See every area we serve.
Drone and airspace
Can you fly a drone anywhere in the DMV?
Yes, with the right authorization. Near airports like Dulles, BWI and Manassas Regional our Part 107 pilot gets LAANC authorization, usually in minutes. The DC Flight Restricted Zone covers DC and close-in suburbs, and there our Part 107 pilot files the FAA/TSA authorization before the flight, so book a few business days ahead. See the rings on our drone page.
What if it rains on drone day?
Interior photos still happen and still deliver on time. If wind or rain grounds the drone, we reschedule the flight at no cost, or refund the drone part if you'd rather skip it.
Are your drone pilots licensed?
Yes, every pilot holds an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate.
Photos and rights
Do I own the photos?
You get a license to use them to market the property and your own business. The full terms are shown at checkout.
Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?
Yes, when it's clearly labeled as virtually staged. We never change permanent features of a home: no fake walls, floors, views or repairs.
Do you edit out things like power lines or stains?
No. We fix light, color, lines and the sky. We don't change permanent features, so buyers see the real home.
Where do my photos live?
In your KONAH portal, for good. Download high-res or MLS sizes any time, and reorder for the same property in one click.
