Which edit does the room need?
- Virtual staging for a vacant living room, bedroom or dining room. We pick furniture that fits the home's style and the room's real size.
- Item removal for the things sellers forgot: a laundry basket, a pile of shoes, a car in the driveway, family photos on the wall.
- Lawn and sky for a patchy February lawn or a flat gray sky behind the house.

What we won't change.
We stage and tidy. We don't repair. That means no new floors, no fresh paint, no removed water stains, no hidden power lines, no changed views and no extra windows. Buyers should walk in and recognize every room they saw online, just without the clutter.
You always get the untouched original next to the edited version, so you can show both.
Disclose it on the MLS.
Most MLSs allow virtual staging and decluttering when the photo is labeled as virtually edited, and many want the original in the set too. Your KONAH delivery email reminds you to disclose virtually edited photos, and decluttered copies are tagged in your gallery. Check your own MLS rules for the exact wording.

How long does virtual staging take?
Usually 24 to 48 hours after we have the photo. Ordering it with your shoot means it arrives with or shortly after the rest of your photos.
Can I pick the furniture style?
Yes. Tell us in your order notes: modern, traditional, coastal or something else. If you leave it blank, we match the home.
Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?
Yes, in most MLSs, when it's clearly labeled as virtually staged. We never change permanent features of a home.
Can you remove a car or a trash can from the exterior?
Yes, that's item removal at $25 a photo. We won't remove permanent things like power lines, a neighbor's house or a cracked driveway.
