Shooting an active site.
New communities are rarely quiet. We schedule around crews, shoot finished streets first and frame out dumpsters and equipment where we can. Tell us which homes are finished, which are staged and where the sales office is, and we'll plan the route.
Drone over new lots.
Lot layout is easiest to understand from above. Every address is checked when you book. Near Dulles, Manassas Regional or Quantico our pilot gets LAANC authorization before the flight, usually in minutes. Inside the DC Flight Restricted Zone the pilot files the FAA/TSA authorization ahead of time, so plan those shoots a few business days out. Our drone page lists the rings we check.

Can you come back for each phase?
Yes. Many builders book a shoot per phase or use the Builder plan for monthly progress photos and aerials.
Do you shoot spec homes too?

Yes. Tell us the screen size and we'll deliver sizes that fit, and the Builder plan includes content made for sales office screens.
