What we photograph.
On the same visit as your listing shoot, the photographer drives a short loop around the property and photographs what a buyer would want to see:
- Parks, playgrounds, trails and lakes
- Community pools, clubhouses, tennis and pickleball courts
- Town centers, main streets, coffee shops and restaurants (exteriors and public spaces only)
- Metro and VRE stations, commuter lots and bike paths
- Libraries, farmers markets and other public landmarks
You get 10 to 15 edited photos in your KONAH portal with the listing photos, sized for the MLS, your property website and social media.

Neighborhood photos show places and amenities, never people. We don't photograph residents, we keep faces out of frame in public spaces, and we don't add captions about who lives in an area or who it's "good for." Captions name the place and the distance, like "Lake Ridge Park, 5 minutes away." That keeps your marketing about the property and its surroundings, which is what Fair Housing rules expect.

Can I use these photos on the MLS?
Many agents add neighborhood photos to the listing, and some MLSs limit photos that don't show the property. Check your MLS's photo rules; the photos also work on your property website and social media.
