In Chesterfield, Midlothian is the name people search: lake homes in Brandermill on the Swift Creek Reservoir, golf homes in Salisbury, and older neighborhoods in Bon Air. Brandermill homes that face the Swift Creek Reservoir sell on it. We plan for calm water and good light, shoot the view from inside and the shoreline from the yard, and use aerials to show the cove, the trails and how close the home is to the water. New construction to the west.
New sections keep going in across western Chesterfield, and resales compete with model homes. The finished lower level, the landscaping and the owner's upgrades are what the builder can't match. For builders themselves, the New Construction package ($650) covers models, the community and a flyover.
