For pad sites, shopping centers and anything where access matters, aerials do the explaining: the curb cuts, the traffic, the anchors. Every address is checked when you book. Near airports our Part 107 pilot gets LAANC authorization, usually in minutes, and inside the DC Flight Restricted Zone the pilot files the FAA/TSA authorization before the flight, so book a few business days ahead. Many commercial spaces are occupied. We shoot early or after close, keep customers and staff out of frame unless you want them in it, and skip any area you mark off-limits at booking.
