A page at konahmedia.com/your-brokerage with your logo next to ours, your onboarding offer, and a three-step booking widget: date, time, then name, email and phone. Headshot Days at your office show up first; otherwise agents come to KONAH's Woodbridge studio. Booking creates the order on the agent's own KONAH account, and the retouched photos arrive in their portal within 24 hours.
Agents who join through your page also get a member promo code on their account for KONAH shoots.

Your portal shows membership and onboarding status only. Agents' orders, addresses, files, messages, spending and CRM records never reach the brokerage. We built it that way on the server, not just in the screens, so agents can trust the program.

Does the brokerage see what agents spend?
No. The brokerage sees who joined and whether their onboarding shoot is booked, shot or delivered. Never orders, files, messages or amounts.
Can the headshots happen at our office?
Yes. KONAH can run a Headshot Day at your office with set time slots. Agents can also come to our Woodbridge studio.
What does the onboarding offer include?
It's set up with each brokerage. Most start with one professional headshot per agent; some add a short vertical intro video.
Is the partner page indexed by Google?
No. Partner pages are meant for your agents, so they're kept out of search results.
