The KONAH portal is where your orders live. You book a shoot, watch it move through each step, download the finished media and keep everything about each property in one place. It's free with your account, whether you order once a year or every week.
What's on the menu.
The sidebar is grouped the way a listing actually moves:
- Book. New order (promo codes, account credit and any referral discount applied before you pay), Upcoming Shoots with reschedule requests and add-to-calendar, and Edit My Stuff for files you shot yourself.
- My Properties. One page per address with its orders, photos and video, favorites, the listing description, messages, the property website and its QR code, leads, the transaction and a private document vault.
- Grow. Leads from your property sites, your Brand Kit (headshot, logo, colors, license number), and the software you choose to add.
- Business. Transactions, Real Estate News, Invoices & Payments with printable receipts, and Refer & Earn.
- Account. Help Guide, Support and Team & Account, where a team lead can invite agents and put the whole team on one bill.
Set up for the work you do.
When you sign up you pick what you do: agent, loan officer, title or escrow, homeowner, or other. That choice decides which tabs you see. A homeowner selling one house gets a short, simple portal with no leads, marketing or transaction screens to wade through. An agent gets the full set. If your role changes, KONAH can switch it on your account.
Your first ten minutes.
New accounts open with a short welcome tour and a setup checklist on the dashboard. The checklist reads what you've actually done (Brand Kit filled in, first order placed, and so on) and ticks itself off. Hide it whenever you like.
Booking asks for the things that usually go wrong on shoot day: lockbox or gate codes, pets, alarms, an on-site contact, and the must-have shots. Add the seller's email and they get our prep checklist as soon as the time is set.
Who can see what.
Your clients' details, your orders and your files are yours. Photographers and editors never see what you paid, and nobody outside KONAH sees your portal. You can download a copy of everything we hold about your account, or delete the account, from Team & Account.
Questions, answered.
Does the portal cost anything?
No. The portal comes with every KONAH account. You pay for the shoots you book and for any optional software you add, like KONAH CRM or the AI Social Media Manager.
Can my assistant or team use it?
Yes. Team leads invite agents from Team & Account. Turn on one bill and the team's orders come to you.
What happens to my photos if I stop ordering?
They stay in your Media Library. Nothing expires while your account is open, and you can download everything at any time.
Do I need an app?
No. It runs in any phone or computer browser. On a phone you can add it to your home screen and it behaves like an app.
