Leasing media for the whole community.
Renters tour an apartment community online long before they visit the leasing office. We photograph the amenities, each unit type, the grounds from the air and the details that set the property apart, so your website and listing feeds show the community at its best.
Packages and prices.
Most communities start with a commercial shoot for the grounds and amenities, then a unit pack per floor plan.

A shot list built for leasing.
- Amenities: pool, fitness center, clubroom, coworking space, package room, dog park, rooftop, each staged and lit.
- Unit types: one model of each floor plan, plus a floor plan drawing renters can compare.
- Grounds and location: drone stills and a short flyover showing parking, green space and what's nearby.
- Details: finishes, appliances, views and storage, the things renters zoom in on.
- Twilight exteriors for the website hero image.
Timing the shoot.
Amenity photos look best when spaces are clean, open and empty, usually early on a weekday morning before the gym fills up. Pools want summer and blue water; plan a seasonal refresh so the website doesn't show a covered pool in July. For lease-ups, we can shoot the model and amenities first and come back as more floor plans finish.
Drone around the property.
Drone is available at every community we shoot. Many apartment properties in Arlington, Alexandria and inner Fairfax sit inside the DC restricted zone, where our Part 107 pilot files an FAA/TSA authorization before the flight, so book those aerials a few business days ahead. Near Dulles, BWI or Manassas Regional the pilot gets LAANC authorization, which usually takes minutes. Check any address with our drone airspace checker.
Words for listings.
Fair Housing rules apply to apartment advertising too. Describe the property and its features (a pool, an elevator, a fenced dog run, step-free entry) and never who the community is for. That's how we caption everything we deliver.
Questions, answered.
Do you photograph occupied buildings?
Yes. We photograph common areas and vacant or model units, and work around residents so nobody ends up in a photo without permission.
Can you shoot after hours?
Yes. Early-morning amenity shoots and twilight exteriors are both common. Tell us when you book.
Do you do video tours?
Yes. Walkthrough videos, vertical leasing reels and drone flyovers can be added to any shoot.
Can we use the photos on listing sites and our website?
Yes. Your license covers marketing the property on listing sites, your website, social media and print.
Book it in two minutes.
