- The opening shot. The best thing about the home goes first: the kitchen, the view, the staircase. Not the front door.
- Quick, clean cuts. One idea per clip, two or three seconds each, moving forward through the home.
- Words on screen. Price range, beds and baths, the neighborhood name. Most people watch muted.

Where your reel goes.
