KONAHFill your open house before it starts.
Marketing that starts a week early: a 15–30 second teaser reel the week before, an Instagram and Facebook story set (countdown, today, thank you), an event flyer in print and digital, and same-day photos from the open house itself.
Open House Promo
- Teaser reel (15–30s) the week before
- Story set for Instagram + Facebook (countdown, today, thank you)
- Event flyer, print + digital
- Same-day photos from the open house
Who it's for.
- Agents hosting a public open house
- New listings with a first-weekend open
- Agents who use opens to meet buyers and future sellers
- Teams running open houses every weekend
When to choose it.
Pick Open House Promo when you want more people through the door and proof you promoted it. The teaser runs all week, the stories count down to the day, and the same-day photos give you a thank-you post while it's still fresh.
Hosting for agents rather than the public? See Broker Open. Still need listing photos? Book Listing Launch first; its reel works as your teaser.
