Turnover photos before the paint dries.
Every empty day costs rent. We photograph rentals fast, in the same style unit after unit, so your listings on Zillow Rentals, Apartments.com and your own site go up the day after the cleaners leave.

Built around turnovers.
The best window for rental photos is short: after the cleaners and painters, before the next move-in. Book from your portal with the unit number and access notes, and same-day booking is possible when the calendar allows. A rental shoot is lighter than a sale shoot, about 45 minutes, and the edited set arrives within 24 hours.
- Lockbox or management-office pickup noted on the job.
- Move-in or move-out documentation sets on request, kept with the unit in your media library.
- A floor plan with room dimensions, which cuts down on "will my couch fit" calls.
Occupied units and tenant notice.
Sometimes the next tenant needs to see photos before the current one leaves. That's doable, with care. Give notice as your lease and local law require, ask tenants to put away personal items, and tell us which rooms to skip. We never photograph mail, family photos or anything that identifies the people living there. Virginia's landlord-tenant law addresses entry and notice; our guide to photographing tenant-occupied homes links the statute and offers a script (not legal advice).
One look for the whole portfolio.
Consistency sells a management company as much as a unit. The same crew style, the same lens height, the same color, so a renter browsing your listings sees a brand, not a patchwork of phone photos. Reuse building and amenity shots across every unit in the community and refresh them once a year. For whole buildings and lease-ups, see apartment communities.
Questions, answered.
Can you shoot several units in one visit?
Yes. Book them as separate units on the same day and address; the photographer moves unit to unit.
Do you invoice monthly?
Yes. Property managers can have one invoice a month across all units.
Do you photograph occupied rentals?
Yes, with the tenant's notice and cooperation. We skip rooms you ask us to and never photograph personal items that identify anyone.
How fast can you shoot after a turnover?
Often the same or next day, depending on the calendar. Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot.
Book it in two minutes.
Pick a package, pick a time, pay securely. Your photos land in your KONAH portal within 24 hours of the shoot.
