Our editors rename the finals in MLS order (01, 02, 03 …) before delivery, following how buyers move through a house online: the strongest exterior first, then the main living spaces and kitchen, then bedrooms and baths, then the yard, aerials and neighborhood. Your MLS sorts uploads by file name, so the gallery opens the way it should without dragging thumbnails around.

Branded and unbranded.
Most MLSs, Bright MLS among them, keep agent branding out of listing photos and the virtual tour link. So the MLS set is always clean: no logo, no phone number, no watermark. Your branding goes on the social kit, the flyer and the branded version of the property website, and the unbranded property website link is the one for the MLS tour field. When the MLS asks for a disclosure on virtually staged or decluttered photos, your delivery tells you which ones.
Keep it for good.
Every delivery stays in your media library. Relist next spring, pull a photo for a market update, or send the seller a no-login gallery with Download all; you can reset or turn off that share link any time. What size are MLS photos?
The MLS download is 2048 pixels on the long side, which MLS systems accept and display well. Full-size files are there for print.
How many photos will I get?
Essential Photography includes up to 30 edited photos; Listing Launch up to 35 and Signature up to 60. More can be added in sets of 10.
Can I share the photos with my sellers?
Yes. Share with seller creates a no-login gallery with Download all. Turn it off whenever you like.
Do photos include a watermark?
Not the MLS set. A logo stamp is optional, only for your own marketing sizes.
