Real estate photo editing that stays honest.
Every KONAH shoot is hand-edited: straight verticals, windows you can see through, true color. On top of that you can add the edits buyers notice most, from a greener lawn and a blue sky to removing a parked car, priced per photo and always within what your MLS allows.

What every edit already includes.
You don't pay extra for the basics. Every photo from a KONAH shoot goes through the same hand edit before a second person checks it:
- Verticals and horizons corrected, so walls don't lean and doorways stay square.
- Window pulls: the view outside is blended in, instead of a white glare.
- Color matched room to room, so the kitchen isn't orange in one photo and blue in the next.
- Blue-sky replacement on exteriors when the day was gray.
- Lens and distortion fixes and dust spots removed.
Our editors use a checklist on every order (verticals, windows, sky, lawn, color cast, HDR halos, reflections, MLS order) that you never see, but it's why the set looks like one shoot instead of thirty separate ones.
Edits that need a label.
There's a line between presenting a home well and changing what a buyer will find. A brighter room is presentation. A removed power line, a repainted wall or a sofa that isn't there is a change. Most MLSs, including Bright MLS in our area, expect virtually staged or materially altered photos to be identified as such. We follow a simple rule:
- Never edited out: cracks, stains, water damage, power lines, neighboring buildings, permanent fixtures or anything a buyer would rely on.
- Fine without a label: sky, color, exposure, straightening, a cleaner lawn edge.
- Labeled when delivered: virtual staging, virtual twilight and item removal. Your delivery reminds you which photos need the disclosure line, and decluttered copies carry a "Digitally decluttered" tag.
Rules differ by MLS and change over time, so check yours. Our guide to virtual staging disclosure covers how to word it.
When editing beats reshooting.
Item removal makes sense for one or two things that couldn't move on shoot day: a dumpster at the curb, a car that wouldn't start, a hose left across the patio. Lawn enhancement helps in late winter, when grass is brown for reasons that have nothing to do with the home. Virtual twilight turns the best daytime exterior into a dusk hero photo without a second visit.
When a room is full of clutter, editing is slower and costs more than ten minutes with a laundry basket. Send your sellers the printable prep checklist and save the edits for what really can't be fixed on the day.
Turnaround and revisions.
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Add a rush edit to get them the same evening. If a photo isn't right, open it in your portal and pin the exact spots that need work; the editor gets your numbered notes and the photo comes back as one redo. An extra revision round is available if you change direction after delivery.
Questions, answered.
Do you edit photos you took yourself?
Yes. Upload them through You Record, We Edit in your portal and we edit them to the same standard as our own shoots.
Will you remove a crack or water stain?
No. We never edit out defects or anything permanent about the property. That would mislead buyers and break MLS rules.
How do I know which photos need a disclosure?
Your delivery flags virtually staged, virtually twilit and decluttered photos, and the email adds the disclosure reminder. Use your MLS's wording in the remarks or photo caption.
Can I ask for a different sky?
Yes, within reason: we match the sky to the season and the light direction so it looks believable.
How much does item removal cost?
Item removal is $25 per image. A heavily cluttered room is better fixed before the shoot.
