For builders, developers and contractors

Every site, the same angles, every month.

Progress photos only work if you can compare them. We shoot each active community or site from the same spots and drone positions on a regular schedule, so owners, lenders and buyers can see exactly what changed since last month.

How the monthly shoot works.

  1. First visit: we walk the site with your superintendent and set the ground positions and drone points we'll repeat.
  2. Each month: the same frames from the same spots, plus anything new worth recording, like a finished clubhouse or a road going in.
  3. Delivery: photos and aerials filed by community and date in your media library, ready for sales-office screens, lender draws and buyer updates.
  4. Quarterly: an updated community flyover for the website.

Who uses progress media.

  • Sales teams: show buyers of to-be-built homes that their phase is moving.
  • Owners and lenders: a visual record alongside draw requests and reports.
  • Marketing: "now open" and milestone posts with real photos instead of renderings.
  • Site teams: a dated archive when someone asks what the grading looked like in March.

Progress photos are documentation for marketing and records; they aren't an inspection or a survey.

Drone over active sites.

Our FAA Part 107 pilots fly every site we shoot. Sites inside the DC restricted zone need an FAA/TSA authorization before the first flight, which our pilot files and keeps current for repeat visits; near Dulles, BWI and Manassas Regional the pilot gets LAANC authorization, usually in minutes. On active sites we follow your safety rules: hard hats and vests, check-in with the superintendent, and no flying over crews at work.

From progress to model home.

When a model opens, the New Construction · Model Home package covers the interiors, a community flyover and a cinematic model-home film. See new construction photography and our new construction marketing checklist.

Questions, answered.

How often do you shoot each site?

Monthly on the Builder plan, with a quarterly community flyover. More frequent visits can be arranged.

Do you follow site safety rules?

Yes. Our crews check in with your superintendent, wear the PPE you require and don't fly over people at work.

Can the photos be used for lender draws?

Many builders include them alongside their draw paperwork. They're dated photos, not an inspection report.

Can we cancel the plan?

Yes, the plan can be cancelled any time.
