Client portal · KONAH Fitness

A fitness app that fits between showings.

Agents live in the car and eat at odd hours. KONAH Fitness is a full workout and nutrition app inside your portal, with short plans, quick meal logging and a daily health snapshot. It's free, private, and it never shames you for a busy week.

Please read this first.

Estimates, not medical advice. Calorie, macro and step numbers in KONAH Fitness are estimates. Talk with your doctor or a registered dietitian before you change how you eat or train, especially if you have a health condition.

Daily calorie targets never go below 1,500 kcal for men (or when sex isn't given) or 1,200 kcal for women, unless you tick that your doctor or dietitian set your number. No health conditions or medications are stored, whatever you type.

Train.

Pick a goal and get a 3, 4 or 5-day plan, then follow it in gym mode. There's a library of 79 moves with animated form demos, custom workouts with supersets, a rest timer that beeps and vibrates, and a plate calculator for the barbell. Every workout lands on your calendar.

Fuel.

Snap a photo of your meal, upload one, or just type "2 eggs and toast." KONAH AI estimates each food with its portion, calories and protein, carbs and fat, and tells you how confident it is. You can change anything before you save it. Meal photos are sent once for the estimate and not kept, apart from a small private thumbnail when you save. Log water, see a 7-day chart and re-add a usual meal in one tap.

Health.

A daily Health Score from 0 to 100 looks at movement, sleep, water, meals and habits, and leaves out anything you didn't log instead of scoring it as zero. Count steps with your phone's motion sensor, track sleep, resting heart rate, weight with a smoothed 7-day trend, body measurements and up to 12 habits. Progress photos stay private to you. You can import from Apple Health or Google Fit, and an optional weekly report email is off until you turn it on.

It can earn KONAH credit.

Finish your plan's workouts in a week through the Weekly Challenge and you earn $10 in KONAH Rewards credit, once a week. Workouts count when they're real gym-mode sessions of 20 minutes or more, one a day. See KONAH Rewards.

Questions, answered.

Is KONAH Fitness really free?

Yes. It's part of the KONAH portal for clients, KONAH Vendors, sales reps and brokerage admins. There's no subscription.

Is the calorie counter accurate?

It's an estimate from a photo or a description, and it says so. Portions are easy to adjust before you save. For medical or dietary decisions, ask your doctor or a registered dietitian.

Who can see my weight or progress photos?

Only you. Progress photos are stored privately and there's no way to share them from the app. The share card shows your score, steps and streak, never a photo or your weight.

What if I go over my calories?

Nothing bad happens. The app tells you plainly and moves on, and your logging streak counts days you logged, not days you hit a number.
