Client portal · Real Estate News

The market headlines you'd check anyway, in one tab.

Real Estate News pulls housing market, mortgage rate and DMV real estate stories into your portal, so you can catch up between showings without opening six sites. Every story links back to the publisher that wrote it.

What you'll see.

Each story shows the headline, the source, how long ago it ran, a thumbnail when the publisher provides one, and a line or two of summary. Read full story takes you to the original. We never copy full articles.

Filter by Market, Mortgage & Rates or DMV Local, and your choice is remembered on that device. An Influencers & Experts tab collects commentary from people who talk about the business.

Fresh without refreshing.

The feeds update every two hours. New stories go on top and earlier ones move down instead of vanishing, and stories you haven't seen yet are marked NEW. If you leave the tab open, it picks up the next update on its own. If one source is down, the rest keep coming.

The KONAH Weekly Take.

Some weeks you'll see a short note from KONAH on what the headlines mean for agents in the DMV, with links to the stories it draws on. A person at KONAH edits and approves every one before it appears. It's a conversation starter, not financial or legal advice.

Questions, answered.

Is Real Estate News free?

Yes. It's in every KONAH client portal at no cost, whether or not you've booked a shoot yet.

Where do the stories come from?

Public news feeds: Google News searches for housing, mortgage rates and DMV real estate, plus industry publications. KONAH keeps the source list up to date.

Can I share a story with a client?

Open the full story and share the publisher's link. That way your client reads it from the source.

Does it cover my market?

The DMV Local filter focuses on Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland. Market and Mortgage & Rates are national.
