Luxury listing films · cinematic

A luxury listing deserves a film, not a slideshow.

High-end buyers expect the marketing to match the home. A cinematic film uses light, pace, sound and aerials to show the life the home makes possible, and it gives you something worth sending to your best clients.

How a listing film is built.

We start with what makes the home different: the setting, the architecture, a kitchen built for entertaining, the pool at dusk. The film opens wide, often from the air, moves into the details and the main rooms, and closes on the home's best moment, usually at golden hour or twilight.

Music is chosen for the pace of the home, edits are slow enough to feel expensive, and the color is graded so every room matches.

When it's worth it.

  • Homes where the setting is part of the price: water, acreage, views, a gated drive.
  • Architect-designed or custom homes with details photos can't carry alone.
  • Sellers who expect to see their home marketed at a higher level.
  • Agents building a luxury brand who need a portfolio piece.

For a well-priced townhome in a busy market, a reel and a tour video usually do the job for less.

Planning the shoot day.

A Signature shoot takes about four hours on site, and adding a real twilight shoot means we come back at dusk. We'll agree on the shot list with you first, schedule the exterior for the best light, and give your sellers a prep list. If the address sits inside the DC Flight Restricted Zone, our pilot files the FAA/TSA authorization for the aerials ahead of time, so give us a few business days.

Questions, answered.

How long does a luxury listing film take to deliver?

Usually 48 to 72 hours after the shoot. Longer films or extra revision rounds can take a little more.

Can the film include me?

Yes. Signature Luxury includes an agent-on-camera intro, and we can build a section of the film around you walking the home.

Can you fly a drone for the film near DC or an airport?

Yes. Every address is checked when you book. Near airports our Part 107 pilot gets LAANC authorization, usually in minutes; inside the DC restricted zone the pilot files the FAA/TSA authorization before the flight, so book a few business days ahead.

Can I get the film without the full package?

Yes. Add a cinematic horizontal video to any photo shoot, starting at $250. Longer or more involved films are quoted first.
