A KONAH brokerage account gives your office its own portal and a partner page where your agents book their onboarding shoot. You see who joined and whether their onboarding media is booked, shot and delivered. Each agent gets their own KONAH account with the full software suite available.
What the brokerage portal includes.
- Onboarding page at konahmedia.com/your-brokerage, with your logo, your offer and a 3-step booking widget (date, time, details).
- Agent roster: name, email, date joined and onboarding media status (booked, shot, delivered), plus each agent's order count.
- Invite agents one at a time or up to 100 pasted emails, with a copy-ready email and text and a QR code for the office.
- A brokerage promo code your agents' accounts carry automatically.
- Headshot Days, when a KONAH photographer is scheduled at your office with time slots agents can book.
Onboarding offers and promo terms are set up with KONAH per brokerage. Photo shoots are available in Virginia, DC and Maryland; the software works anywhere in the US.

The brokerage sees membership and onboarding status, never agents' orders, addresses, files, messages, amounts or CRM. That's enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the page. Agents join because it helps them, and they stay because it's theirs.
KONAH CRM 2.0 for the whole office.
Brokerage / Team: $499.99 a month per brokerage, with every agent seat included at no extra charge. Each seat gives one agent KONAH CRM 2.0 on their own account, and the broker gets one flat invoice, whatever the seat count. KONAH sets the seats up with you.

Once agents are in, each can add KONAH CRM, the AI Social Media Manager and the Transaction Coordinator on their own account, and use KONAH Hello from day one. The brokerage portal itself includes the same client tools for the office's own marketing.

Can the brokerage see agents' contacts or spending?
No. The brokerage sees membership and onboarding status only. Agents' orders, CRM and amounts are never shared with it.
