KONAHKONAH software for New Jersey agents.
New Jersey runs on Eastern time. KONAH's Transaction Coordinator and KONAH Offer use their general checklist here, and you add New Jersey's forms from your broker's list. KONAH doesn't shoot photo or video in New Jersey; every piece of the software works here.

Transactions and offers.
No New Jersey-specific templates yet, and KONAH won't guess them: a New Jersey deal is labelled General — add your state's forms and KONAH Offer lists your state association's purchase agreement. How the general checklist works.
Advertising disclosures.
Type the wording your New Jersey broker requires in Brand Kit → Advertising disclosure for your state; it goes on your AI Social captions and website footer. KONAH doesn't write New Jersey's rules.

Not in New Jersey: KONAH's crew works in the DC–Maryland–Virginia area.

New Jersey questions.
What time zone does KONAH use for a New Jersey agent?
Eastern time, from your office ZIP in Brand Kit (or your licensed state). Contacts in other states get texts and automated emails on their own clock.
Does the Transaction Coordinator have New Jersey forms?
Not by name. You get the general checklist and add New Jersey's forms from your broker's list once; they're added to every new deal after that.
Can KONAH shoot my New Jersey listings?
No. KONAH shoots in the DC–Maryland–Virginia area. The software works fully in New Jersey.
