KONAHKONAH software for Ohio agents.
Ohio runs on Eastern time. KONAH's Transaction Coordinator and KONAH Offer use their general checklist here, and you add Ohio's forms from your broker's list. KONAH doesn't shoot photo or video in Ohio; every piece of the software works here.
Time zones in Ohio.
Your reminders and reports run on Eastern time; contacts elsewhere get texts on their own clock.

Transactions and offers.
No Ohio-specific templates yet, and KONAH won't guess them: a Ohio deal is labelled General — add your state's forms and KONAH Offer lists your state association's purchase agreement. How the general checklist works.
Advertising disclosures.
Type the wording your Ohio broker requires in Brand Kit → Advertising disclosure for your state; it goes on your AI Social captions and website footer. KONAH doesn't write Ohio's rules.
Photo, video and drone.
Not in Ohio: KONAH's crew works in the DC–Maryland–Virginia area.

Ohio questions.
What time zone does KONAH use for a Ohio agent?
Eastern time, from your office ZIP in Brand Kit (or your licensed state). Contacts in other states get texts and automated emails on their own clock.
Does the Transaction Coordinator have Ohio forms?
Not by name. You get the general checklist and add Ohio's forms from your broker's list once; they're added to every new deal after that.
Can KONAH shoot my Ohio listings?
No. KONAH shoots in the DC–Maryland–Virginia area. The software works fully in Ohio.
