KONAHKONAH software for Utah agents.
Utah runs on Mountain time. KONAH's Transaction Coordinator and KONAH Offer use their general checklist here, and you add Utah's forms from your broker's list. KONAH doesn't shoot photo or video in Utah; every piece of the software works here.
Time zones in Utah.
Your reminders and reports run on Mountain time; contacts elsewhere get texts on their own clock.
| Time zone | For example | ZIP codes | UTC offset |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mountain | Salt Lake City, Ogden | all of 348 | UTC−7 / UTC−6 |
348 Utah ZIP codes in KONAH's lookup.
Transactions and offers.
No Utah-specific templates yet, and KONAH won't guess them: a Utah deal is labelled General — add your state's forms and KONAH Offer lists your state association's purchase agreement. How the general checklist works.
Advertising disclosures.
Type the wording your Utah broker requires in Brand Kit → Advertising disclosure for your state; it goes on your AI Social captions and website footer. KONAH doesn't write Utah's rules.
Photo, video and drone.
Not in Utah: KONAH's crew works in the DC–Maryland–Virginia area.

Utah questions.
What time zone does KONAH use for a Utah agent?
Mountain time, from your office ZIP in Brand Kit (or your licensed state). Contacts in other states get texts and automated emails on their own clock.
Does the Transaction Coordinator have Utah forms?
Not by name. You get the general checklist and add Utah's forms from your broker's list once; they're added to every new deal after that.
Can KONAH shoot my Utah listings?
No. KONAH shoots in the DC–Maryland–Virginia area. The software works fully in Utah.
