For working real estate photographers

Already shooting real estate? Fill the gaps in your week.

You already have clients, a style and a calendar with holes in it. KONAH doesn't ask you to give any of that up. Take our gigs on the days you're free, skip the editing and the invoicing, and keep running your own business the rest of the week.

What KONAH takes off your plate.

  • Finding the work. Agents book and pay KONAH; the gig shows up in your portal with the package, date and your rate.
  • Editing. You upload raws within 12 hours; our editors deliver the finished set.
  • Billing and follow-up. No invoices, no reminders, no awkward calls about late payments.
  • Revisions. Redo requests go to the editor, not to you, unless the raws themselves were unusable.

What stays yours.

Your own clients, your own brand and your own rates. The contractor agreement says plainly that you choose which gigs to accept, set your own hours, use your own equipment and can work for anyone else, including other media companies. What it asks in return is fair: clients you meet on a KONAH gig are KONAH's, so for 12 months after your last KONAH gig with a client you don't book them directly, and client messages stay in the portal.

A day that fits.

Say you have a Tuesday shoot of your own at nine and nothing after lunch. Open the portal, see what's posted near you, take a 1 p.m. KONAH gig, shoot it, upload from your laptop that evening, and you're done. The route map plans multi-stop days, and your availability and time off keep dispatch from offering you days you can't work.

The bar we hold.

Every KONAH client gets the same look, so we're specific about the minimum: an interchangeable-lens camera, a true wide-angle lens, a tripod and a portfolio with real estate in it. Drone gigs need a Part 107 we've verified. Reliability counts most: on time, raws in by the deadline, and 3 strikes in 90 days pauses an account.

Questions, answered.

Will KONAH compete with my business?

KONAH books its own clients and sends you gigs from them. Your existing clients stay yours; the agreement only covers clients you meet through KONAH.

Do I have to shoot in the KONAH style?

You shoot to our shot list and bracket for HDR. The KONAH look comes from our editors, so your own editing style doesn't need to change.

Can I turn down gigs?

Any of them, for any reason. You only commit once you accept one.

How does pay work?

Pay details are shared privately once you're approved: in your contractor agreement, and on every gig before you accept it.
