Real estate videographer jobs, reels to cinematic.

Agents want video on every listing now, mostly vertical. As a KONAH Creator you film it: walkthrough reels, agent-on-camera intros, horizontal listing films and event coverage. You hand over clean footage and our editors cut, grade and caption it.

The kinds of video.

  • Vertical reels (9:16) for Instagram, TikTok and Shorts: listing walkthroughs, teasers and Just Sold stories.
  • Agent-on-camera walkthroughs and intros, where you're directing the agent as much as filming the house.
  • Cinematic horizontal films of 60 to 90 seconds for luxury listings, model homes and commercial spaces.
  • Sessions for people: loan officer reel packs, new-agent intro videos, broker opens and open houses.

What to bring.

Everything on the photographer list, because most video gigs come with photos, plus stabilized 4K: a gimbal or a body with strong stabilization. For agent-on-camera work, a lav or on-camera mic makes the editor's life much easier. When you apply, tick Video as one of your skills.

How the footage gets finished.

You upload every clip with the raws, same deadline, same Upload complete tap. KONAH's editors cut the reel or film, grade it and add captions and music, then deliver to the agent in 48 to 72 hours. If you shoot a reel the agent loves, it may get entered in the Break Room's Listing Reel Showdown, with the agent's permission.

How KONAH gigs work.

  1. Apply with your gear and a portfolio or Instagram. Maahir reviews every application himself.
  2. If it's a fit, you complete a background check through our screening provider. You pay the screening fee (currently $30) yourself on Stripe, and your SSN and date of birth go to the provider, never to KONAH.
  3. You sign the Independent Contractor Agreement in the portal.
  4. You tick the service zones you cover, and new gigs that match your skills arrive by email and in your portal.

Each gig shows the city, ZIP, date, package and your rate before you accept. The street address, lockbox and client contact unlock once it's yours. First to accept gets it. Preferred KONAH Creators, a status KONAH gives to reliable regulars, see new gigs 30 minutes before everyone else.

On the day you tap On my way, Arrived and Done shooting, then upload every raw file within 12 hours and tap Upload complete. KONAH's editors take it from there and deliver to the client. Releasing a gig inside 24 hours of the shoot counts as a strike, late uploads count against you, and 3 strikes in 90 days pauses your account.

Pay details are shared privately once you're approved: in your contractor agreement, and on every gig before you accept it.

Questions, answered.

Do I have to shoot photos too?

Most video gigs also include photos, so the photographer gear minimum applies. You choose which gigs to accept.

Do I edit the video?

No. You film; KONAH's editors cut and finish it to one standard.

Is drone footage part of it?

Only if you hold an FAA Part 107 certificate that KONAH has verified. See the drone pilot role.

How does pay work?

Pay details are shared privately once you're approved: in your contractor agreement, and on every gig before you accept it.
