Area questions.
How far out do KONAH gigs go?
KONAH covers 100 miles from Woodbridge, Virginia, and these pages are for creators within about 80 miles of it. Pennsylvania isn't part of the service area, and Eastern Shore shoots across the Bay Bridge are booked by request.
Do I have to cover every area?
No. Every gig shows its city, ZIP, date and package before you accept, so you take the ones that fit your drive and skip the rest.
Is there drone work in every area?
Yes. Drone work is available everywhere KONAH shoots. Near airports and bases the pilot gets LAANC authorization, and inside the DC restricted zone the pilot files the FAA/TSA authorization before the flight. Drone gigs go only to pilots whose Part 107 KONAH has verified.
How does pay work?
Pay details are shared privately once you're approved: in your contractor agreement, and on every gig before you accept it.
