Remote & outside sales rep jobs across the DMV.
KONAH Media Group gives real estate agents, loan officers, title teams, Airbnb hosts and local businesses listing photos and video, a CRM built for their industry, an AI social media manager and an AI transaction coordinator. As an independent sales rep you bring them to KONAH, they pay KONAH directly, and you earn commission on what they pay for as long as they stay. Sell remotely from home, in the field as an outside rep, or both, anywhere in Virginia, Maryland, DC or West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle. KONAH trains you and gives you every tool you need to sell.
The job.
You find people who need what KONAH sells, have a real conversation about their week, and set them up. That's it. KONAH does the shoots, the editing, the software and the customer support. Most of your customers will be:
- Real estate agents and teams: listing photos and video, KONAH CRM 2.0, the AI Transaction Coordinator and AI Social.
- Loan officers and title companies: content plans, social media and a CRM that keeps them in front of agents.
- Airbnb and short-term rental hosts: listing photos that win the first click.
- Local businesses: commercial shoots, headshots and monthly content.
You can sell in person at brokerage offices and open houses, on the phone, or over social media, whichever you're good at.
What you earn.
Commission only, on money KONAH actually collects from your customers. There's no base pay and no hourly rate, so what you earn depends entirely on what your customers buy. These are KONAH's standard rates today:
| What they buy | Rate | On |
|---|---|---|
| Software KONAH CRM 2.0 and CRM 2.0 Pro, AI Social Media Manager, Brokerage AI Social, KONAH Hello, the AI Transaction Coordinator, KONAH Offer, KONAH Websites and KONAH Prospect | 50% | your very first sale ever, if it's software |
| 25% | each new customer's first payment | |
| 10% | every later payment, for as long as they keep paying | |
| Photography Every photo, video, drone, headshot, Airbnb, commercial, rental or investor package and single service | 10% | a new client's first order |
| 5% | every later order they place | |
| Monthly content plans Scripts written, filmed and edited for the client every month | 10% | the first payment |
| 5% | every monthly payment after that, for as long as they keep paying |
"New" and "first" count per customer and per product family, so a client who bought photos and later starts KONAH CRM 2.0 is a new software customer for you. Nothing is earned on unpaid orders, free trials, sales tax, or anything refunded or disputed. Your own rates, with worked examples, are always on the Commission Structure page in your portal.
Team bonus. If someone joins the sales team through your recruiting link and sells, KONAH pays you 5% of the commission they earn, on top. It comes from KONAH's share, never from theirs, and recruiting is never required.
How you get paid.
Commission shows up in your portal the minute a customer pays. Each line is held 30 days in case of a refund, then it's ready. Ready commission goes out every Friday in one batch that KONAH reviews, straight to your bank through Stripe once you have at least $50 ready. Stripe collects your tax details and bank account directly, so KONAH never sees your SSN or bank number. You'll get a 1099 where the law requires one.
Remote or outside sales: your call.
Remote sales. Work from home by phone, text, email and social media, inside the contact rules every rep follows. Your link, New Sale and the customer's own portal mean a sale never needs a meeting.
Outside sales. Meet agents where they work: brokerage offices, open houses, team meetings, lender and title events, local business owners on their own street. Show the portal on your phone and set them up on the spot.
Most reps do both. There's no territory to buy and no quota. You choose where, when and how.
Training, provided.
- KONAH Sales Rep Certification: an eight-lesson course in the KONAH Library, about an hour in all, with a short exam at the end. It covers what you sell, your portal, the Commission Structure, how a sale becomes a payday, selling to brokerages and vendors, and the rules.
- Your first week checklist, step by step, so you know exactly what to do on day one.
- KONAH Sales News every Monday: a sales tip, a product spotlight, an objection answered and the leaderboard.
- The Sales Toolkit: pitch scripts, objection answers and messages you can copy, kept current with KONAH's live prices.
- A real person when you're stuck: call 571-839-5133 or email [email protected].
No sales background? The course starts from zero.
Everything you need to sell, provided.
- Your own Sales Rep portal, on the website and in the KONAH app.
- Your personal customer link and QR code for flyers, business cards and your phone at an open house. Anyone who creates a KONAH account through it within 30 days is yours.
- New Sale: set up a customer, book their shoot and recommend software in about two minutes. They get a welcome email and pay KONAH in their own portal.
- Every customer's status live (invited, joined, active, quiet), with a note on each so you remember what they care about.
- KONAH's full price list, live in your portal, so you never quote an old price.
- A free onboarding page for every brokerage you bring in, so a whole office can sign up at once.
- KONAH CRM 2.0 for your own pipeline, free.
- Commission tracked line by line, and pay sent to your bank through Stripe.
- The Break Room and KONAH Fitness, like everyone on the team.
What's yours: your phone, your car and your own costs, like any independent contractor. KONAH doesn't hand out lead lists, and doesn't need you to buy any.
What it is, and what it isn't.
It is
- An independent contractor role (1099). You choose your hours and methods.
- Free to join: no fee, no kit, no inventory, no minimum to sell.
- Paid on real sales to real customers who pay KONAH.
- Fine alongside another job, including real estate. Plenty of reps already know agents.
It isn't
- A salaried job. There's no base pay.
- Multi-level marketing. You're never paid for signing people up, only for customer sales.
- Handling money. Customers always pay KONAH directly; you never take a payment or a card number.
- A promise of income. KONAH doesn't make one, and neither do you.
The rules.
Short, and the same for every rep. They're in the Sales Rep Program Terms you accept before your first sale.
- Quote only the prices and products in your portal. Never promise more listings, closings, a Google ranking, leads or income.
- Only contact people who gave you permission. Honor every opt-out right away. No bought lists, autodialers or pre-recorded messages.
- Don't discount on the spot. If someone needs something special, send it to KONAH.
- Don't use KONAH's name or logo in ads, domains or social accounts without written approval.
- Keep customer information private and use it only to serve that customer.
- Customers who already pay KONAH can't be claimed, and each customer belongs to one rep.
Who does well.
- You like talking to business owners and you follow up without being asked.
- You know people in real estate, lending, title or local business, or you're happy to meet them.
- You're organized enough to note every conversation.
- You're 18 or older and can get paid to a US bank account through Stripe.
No sales license is needed. KONAH sells services and software, not real estate.
Apply, KONAH reviews, you get your invite.
- Apply. Two minutes: your name, contact, city and a line about your sales experience. KONAH reviews every application personally.
- Get your invite. If it's a fit, you get an email with a link to set your password.
- Accept the program terms and take the short Sales Rep course in the KONAH Library.
- Start selling. Share your link or set customers up in New Sale. They pay KONAH directly.
- Get paid. Commission lands, clears its 30-day hold and goes to your bank on the next Friday payday.
Where KONAH's customers are.
Most of KONAH's customers are within about 100 miles of the Woodbridge, Virginia office. If you live in one of these areas, you're close to them:
Those pages are written for photographers, but they're a good picture of the homes and neighborhoods your customers sell. Software sells anywhere, so remote selling across Virginia, Maryland, DC and West Virginia works too.
Sales rep questions.
Are there sales rep jobs near me?
If you live in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC or West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle, yes. Most of KONAH's customers are within about 100 miles of Woodbridge, Virginia: Northern Virginia, DC, Baltimore, Annapolis, Frederick, Fredericksburg, Richmond, Charlottesville and out to Winchester and Martinsburg. You can sell in person near home or remotely by phone and social media.
Is this a remote or an outside sales job?
Both. You can sell remotely from home by phone, text, email and social media, or work as an outside sales rep meeting agents at brokerage offices, open houses and events. Most reps mix the two, on their own schedule.
Is training provided?
Yes. Every new rep takes the KONAH Sales Rep Certification, an eight-lesson course in the KONAH Library with a short exam, plus a first-week checklist. You also get KONAH Sales News every Monday, the Sales Toolkit with scripts and objection answers, and a real person to call.
What does KONAH provide?
Everything you need to sell: your Sales Rep portal and app, your customer link and QR code, New Sale, the live price list, the Sales Toolkit, brokerage onboarding pages, KONAH CRM 2.0 for your own pipeline, and commission tracking with pay through Stripe. Your phone, car and costs are your own, and KONAH doesn't hand out lead lists.
Is this commission only?
Yes. There's no base pay or hourly rate. You earn commission on what your customers pay KONAH, at the rates on this page, and nothing else is promised.
Is it full time or part time?
Either. You're an independent contractor, so you set your own hours. Some reps sell a few hours a week next to another job; others treat it as their main work.
Do I need a real estate license or sales experience?
No license. KONAH sells media and software, not real estate. Sales experience helps, and so does knowing agents, but KONAH looks at every application.
Do I have to buy anything or recruit people?
No. There's no fee, kit, inventory or minimum, and you're only ever paid on real sales to real customers. Recruiting is never required.
How fast do I get paid?
Each commission is held 30 days in case of a refund. After that it goes out on KONAH's weekly Friday payday, through Stripe to your bank, once you have at least $50 ready.
Ready to sell?
The application takes two minutes, and KONAH reads every one. Questions first? Call 571-839-5133 or email [email protected].
