Getting around.
Route 9 runs from Leesburg to Charles Town and on to Martinsburg, four lanes on the West Virginia side. US 340 comes through Harpers Ferry from Frederick, Maryland, and I-81 runs north-south through Martinsburg and Inwood. From Woodbridge it's Route 28 or US 15 up to Leesburg and then Route 9, about an hour and a half.
