Expect a lot of townhomes in Woodbridge and Dale City, newer single-family neighborhoods out toward Bristow, Gainesville and Haymarket, and bigger lots once you cross into Stafford. Along the Occoquan and the Potomac shoreline there are waterfront homes and condos where the water view is the whole story.
