Why replies matter.
A comment is someone raising their hand in public. Answer it the same day and you look like the agent who answers. Leave it for a week and the person has usually moved on. Drafts take the hardest part, starting the reply, off your plate.
Varied, not canned.
Drafts are written fresh for each message so your replies don't look automated, and you get two alternates if the first doesn't fit. You can paste in any comment, DM or review from elsewhere and get a draft for that too. Google Business Profile and Facebook reviews show up in the same inbox.
Leads don't slip.
Messages that look like buying or selling interest become CRM contacts automatically, so the conversation that started under a post can continue in KONAH CRM 2.0 follow-up. DMs can be switched off if you'd rather handle them elsewhere.
