Feature · AI Transaction Coordinator

Your deals, summed up before dinner.

After 5 PM Eastern, KONAH sends one email: what happened on your deals today and what's due in the next week. It only comes when there's something to say, at most once a day.

Built from the deal's email.

Each transaction has its own email address. CC it on deal emails or forward them with a Gmail filter, and every message is summarized in a sentence or two with a suggested reply, the right people already CC'd. Those summaries, plus upcoming deadlines, are what the end-of-day report is made of.

The one flag that matters most.

Any email about wiring money, bank details or changed payment instructions is flagged "Possible wire fraud: verify by phone", in the portal and by email, right away rather than at the end of the day. Always confirm wiring instructions by calling a number you already know, never one from the email.

Quiet when it should be.

No activity and nothing due within a week? No email. Closed deals drop out. The report is there to save you from opening every deal every evening, not to add another newsletter to your inbox.

Questions, answered.

Does KONAH send emails to the other parties?

No. It drafts replies for you to copy or open in Gmail. Nothing is ever sent for you.

Can I turn the summary off?

The summary only sends when something happened or is due within a week, and closing a deal stops it for that deal.
