What it does.
- Searches DMV public records: ownership, how long they've owned it, tax status, absentee and out-of-state owners and code cases. A county is added only after KONAH checks its data terms.
- A 0–100 likely-to-sell score, with the reasons: every property shows its score and the plain-language reasons behind it, each with how old that fact is.
- Today's 10: your ranked list for the day from your saved searches and lists.
- The property story: a dated timeline of the purchase and every recorded change, with the source on every line.
- A call screen with a compliant opener: one owner at a time from your own phone, drafted from safe facts and checked for Fair Housing wording.
- Straight into your pipeline: owners you find go into KONAH CRM 2.0 as KONAH Prospect contacts.
What it never does.
- No robocalls and no AI-voice calls. Every call is you, from your own phone, one at a time.
- No cold texts. Texting stays locked unless the owner replied to you or opted in.
- Never hands you a Do Not Call number to dial. If a number is on the list, or can't be checked, it's mail only.
- No data from sources whose terms aren't verified.
- No promises about when anyone will sell. A score is a reason to reach out, not a prediction.
- Never filters by people, only by the property and its taxes (Fair Housing).
- Not a consumer report: it can't be used for credit, renting, jobs or insurance decisions.
Why it's DMV only.
