The directory sits in the KONAH portal and on konahmedia.com/vendors: category tabs, search and an area filter, and a profile for each vendor with Call, Email, Website and Request a quote. Only approved vendors are listed. Today the directory lists vendors across Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.
For vendors.
Apply on the vendors page. Once approved you get a vendor portal: a dashboard with your status and a profile checklist, 30-day numbers for profile opens, people, calls, emails, website visits and quote requests, and a profile with your logo, services, areas, bio, license or NMLS number, years in business, insurance, languages and an offer for KONAH clients.
Your portal also includes KONAH Hello, the AI Social Media Manager, KONAH CRM, Real Estate News and ordering for your own photo and video needs.
No referral fees, by design.
KONAH charges vendors nothing to be listed and takes no referral fees. Lenders and title companies are settlement service providers under RESPA, and keeping money out of referrals keeps the directory simple and trustworthy. Every profile is reviewed before it goes live, and a vendor can be paused or removed if a listing stops being accurate.
